CAST: “A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM”

 

 

 

 

(4/18/16) Evan has just been cast as Puck in Elm Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream!” The production will be directed by Tina Packer, the founding artistic director of Shakespeare and Company in Lenox, MA. Packer was an Associate Artist with the Royal Shakespeare Company in England, and worked at the Royal Court and Aldwych theatres in London, Leicester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and other regional theatres, as well as for BBC and ITV television. Her performance piece “Women of Will” has traveled across America as well as internationally. (1/6/16) Evan’s off-broadway debut! Evan has been cast as young Eric Weiss in “Houdin.” Additionally, Evan has will magic consult the production, teaching and choreographing magic routines within the show. Written by Marcus Pelegrin, the story follows Eric–a young, failed magician (circa 1902)–who barters his soul to travel back in time to Paris, circa 1880, to study with the great, Father of Modern Magic, Eugene Robert-Houdin. Performed as part of the TNNY SOUND BITES Festival, “Houdin” will open at the Puerto Rican Theatre on Monday, January 18th. (1/5/16) Evan has been cast as Ryder in the new play, “Go On Forever.” Written by Michael Bradley Block, the show will be featured in the Venus Adonis Play Festival this February. “Go On Forever” follows two young men who are exiled from their family and their religion after they announce they are gay. Told in a nonlinear structure, the play explores Brendan and Ryder’s troubled lives and relationship in a strange new world.
